I love that the goal is not only to provide adaptive equipment but to educate the local community to be more self-sufficient at providing for the needs of those with disabilities. I work with Ottobock as a Sales Rep in Illinois. I also volunteer with a local charity that collects used equipment and redistributes it, The Kids Equipment Network. If we can donate any equipment, or if there are volunteer opportunities for these trips to Peru, please let me know. I would be interested in assisting in both endeavors. Yesterday he went out to Subway to get sandwiches to feed us then helped tape boxes all afternoon. He also loaded and will load his truck until we get them all moved to the shipping dock in Manchester. Yesterday's work was fun with so much good help.
